Anabela de Oliveira devotes the majority of her time working with the Firm’s corporate transactions practice.  Ms. Oliveira is a member of the Association of the City Bar of New York, the American Bar Association, Business Law and International Law Sections. Ms. de Oliveira is fluent in Portuguese and has reading knowledge of French.
